New door openings to ground and 1st floor through party wall.

Specification

  • Mark off and carefully cut out 2no. door openings size 2.100mm x 1.000mm wide
  • Supply and fix pre-cast concrete lintols over each opening, then fix 100mm x 75mm rebated door frame complete with intumescent strips and smoke seals
  • Fix 1 hour fire-check doors complete with vision panel and georgian wired polished plate glass
  • Supply and fix satin finish D handle and push plate complete with overhead door closer
  • 1st floor doorway to be completed out of hours
