Utility area to kitchen to be upgraded.

Specification

  • Take out base unit and worktop cart away. Set to one side existing stainless steel bowl for re-use.
  • Sipply and fix new base unit with full height door and re-fix stainless steel bowl.
  • Take out existing units to kitchen and also wooden floor.
  • Prepare base with hardcore fill and lay 50mm Kingspan insulation and concrete.
  • Supply and fix skirting boards
  • Fix only tiles to kitchen floor and new hardwood flooring to dining room.
